Budgets, tasks, contract negotiations, vendor meetings, scheduling, guest lists, seating plans, timeline creation and more - you make the decisions, we do all the research and give you the recommendations and guidance along the way. 1 month prior to your wedding we step over to coordination team, where we start finalizing your timeline, send it to your vendors and wedding party, run final confirmations with your vendors, lead your rehearsal and run the wedding day itself.
Partial Planning
Our Planning Team will provide (afford) ongoing assistance, expertise and referrals for you throughout the wedding planning process, but it's your responsibility to do the research. It's like having a best friend/wedding expert on speed-dial anytime you need us. 1 month prior to your wedding we step over to coordination team, where we start finalizing your timeline, send it to your vendors and wedding party, run final confirmations with your vendors, lead your rehearsal and run the wedding day itself.
Month of coordination
The month of the wedding is extremely challenging for most couples, but with monthly check-in calls and full access to our planning software, you'll feel comfortable doing the planning on your own until 4 weeks before your wedding when our Coordination Team takes over for you. We finalize the timeline, send it to your vendors and wedding party, run final confirmations with your vendors, lead your Rehearsal, and run the wedding day itself. This is the perfect solution for couples who prefer to do most of the planning on their own, but want to hire a professional for peace of mind when it comes to event day logistics and details. We will be at your service during the weeks prior to your wedding, and most importantly, on the actual wedding day.
